This journal was created to get a general idea of how you feel about astrology and similar forms of personality divination.

The journal is public, all polls are open to anyone and no one but myself can see the results. Feel free to comment if you'd like to start a discussion on something, however.

The group of people being surveyed is completely open and therefore, the answers are from an uncontrolled section of the public. I'm planning on doing some polls to find out what the general statistics of the group are, not because any of this is very scientific but because I'm more or less curious as to who found this and who's interested enough to participate in this survey for me.

My reasons for making this community are simple: I'm fascinated by astrology, and more importantly, what people think of it. I am neither a die-hard astrology fanatic nor a skeptic by any means, I have a fairly open mind and find it easy to understand both sides of the coin. I do not consider astrology a science, however, I don't believe that makes it less worthwhile as a subject of study. I think the best word for how I look at is methodology.

And finally, this journal is probably going to be undergoing quite a bit of construction, so bear with me. Thank you so much if you've decided to participate! I really appreciate it.

The quote in the journal title is one of my favourites by Robert Browning, and if it sounds familiar, you either love English literature or Anne of Green Gables, and either way, I probably love you.
